Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect learners with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. Contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making lasting impacts on student lives while growing professionally.
