Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to foster a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on student lives while advancing professional development.
