Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect learners with resources. Design and oversee youth development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time residential role focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives within a nurturing, diverse culture.
