Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential setting. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through professional development opportunities.
