Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is located at Milton Hershey School in a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential setting within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. The position focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally in a nurturing, diverse culture.
