Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time role focuses on mentoring and small-group facilitation to help students thrive in a cost-free residential environment.
