Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives that foster a nurturing, diverse culture within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in guiding students through their pre-K through 12th grade residential experience while growing professionally.
