Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. The position focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives within a nurturing, diverse culture.
