Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate directly with teachers and staff to ensure holistic student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This full-time role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, where the team fosters a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
