Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role focuses on fostering positive behavior within a nurturing, diverse culture at a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school.
