Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and development program design. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
