Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring and development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver these initiatives while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This role focuses on youth development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
