Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role is part of Milton Hershey School's pre-K through 12th grade residential community, offering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
