Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on helping students thrive within Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential environment, fostering a nurturing culture that emphasizes lasting impact and professional development for the team.
