Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This full-time role is based at Milton Hershey School and focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on student lives.
