Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group programs and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, to nurture a diverse culture and make lasting impacts on student lives.
