Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School's residential setting.
