Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role fosters student development within Milton Hershey School's nurturing, diverse culture, offering opportunities to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
