Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
