Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster student development in a nurturing, diverse culture.
