Full-Time Youth Specialist

Deliver development programs and facilitate small groups to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect them with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. Contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on student lives while growing professionally.
