Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school experience from pre-K through 12th grade. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on student lives while offering opportunities for professional growth.
