Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Mentor students within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
