Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Assist in the creation and implementation of development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to the school's mission of providing a nurturing, diverse culture for pre-K through 12th grade residential students while fostering their professional and personal development.
