Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School while fostering professional growth.
