Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring and development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver these initiatives while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing and diverse culture.
