Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, focusing on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on student lives while offering opportunities for professional growth.
