Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture dedicated to making a lasting impact on students' lives.
