Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, collaborate with teachers and staff, and promote positive behavior while connecting students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
