Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time residential role focuses on creating a nurturing environment for pre-K through 12th grade students while fostering professional development.
