Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
