Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and collaborate with teachers to design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role operates within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, offering opportunities for professional growth within a nurturing, diverse culture.
