Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Collaborate directly with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support across the residential school environment. This role is full-time and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School.
