Design and deliver youth development programs focused on academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. Support students' holistic development within a nurturing, diverse residential culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade Milton Hershey School.
