Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group programming and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting learners with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, fostering a nurturing culture dedicated to professional growth and lasting impact on student lives.
