Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth while mentoring and collaborating with teachers. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, focusing on a nurturing, diverse culture.
