Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school experience from pre-K through 12th grade. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture within Milton Hershey School while fostering professional development for the specialist.
