Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support across the residential school environment. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture.
