Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentoring to support positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Promote positive behavior within the residential school environment. This role supports the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, by helping students make a lasting impact while growing professionally in a nurturing, diverse culture.
