Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster student success within the school's residential pre-K through 12th grade environment.
