Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure comprehensive student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, where the team focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives through professional development and direct engagement.
