Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Provide direct oversight of student activities within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
