Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their pre-K through 12th grade residential experience. This role offers a nurturing, diverse culture within Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution, providing opportunities to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
