Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports the mission of Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, by fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
