Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role involves mentoring youth at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
