Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and enabling lasting impact on students' lives through professional development opportunities.
