Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring and development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver initiatives that promote positive behavior and connect learners with resources. Provide direct oversight for student development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
