Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school experience. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, offering a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment where you can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
