Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, focusing on lasting impact and professional development for pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
