Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in the delivery of a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential education experience at Milton Hershey School.
